    USA duck stamps from New Mexico.  1991-1993 special governors editions.  These are all the special governors editions that would have originally cost .50 to purchase at face value.    These were the only years for the oregon governors edition stamps.  So these 3 stamp make up a complete collection of the New Mexico governors edition stamps.  The stamps are  VFNH very fine and never hinged.  We are listing a number of USA state duck stamps today and we do combine purchases to save on shipping.
