Up for sale is a 1992 MEASUR-A-BELT SLIDING SCALE FOR MEASURING BELTS OF TAPE RECORDER & PLAYERS.
INSTRUCTIONS
To  determine I C (inside circumference) place belt on studs and pull slides until belt is extended.
Only pull for enough to eliminate slack. Do not stretch - read I C from scale at pointer.
Thickness and width are determined by placing belt in slot gauge.
In- between dimension can readily be estimated.
Select belt from table on back or check latest  G C catalog for nearest available size,
if exact size is not available you may substitute a slightly smaller size up to 5 %  is usually acceptable.
Note :  worn belts are often stretched. select the belt about 3% - 5 % smaller for proper replacement.
