1986 Chevrolet Monte Carlo. Good project starter. Runs and drives ok. Could use some upholstery work and switches inside for windows. They will work if switches are replaced. Pretty straight car has dents in doors. Have an extra set of doors that are included with the car. See pics. Dings elsewhere. Scratches here and there some light surface rust on roof. Very light no holes or such. Very clean and straight frame and underside. Solid floor pans and trunk. California car! Please feel free to ask any questions before bidding. Buyer arranges and pays for shipping. Have keys and clean title ready to go on to next owner. A 500.00 deposit is due upon listing end

This car is a good project starter. The car had been sitting for 5 years before i bought it as a father son project 3 months ago. Come to find out he was not interested in the car. So here it is...... It does run and drive on its own power. But is not road worthy as it is. I have only driven the car around the block a few times because It needs new tags it has not been registered since 2016 And will need a smog. Not a problem if it is being registered outside of california. And a list of things i think it needs. new tires, carb needs work to get it running better for sure. I did replace fuel pump+filter and dropped gas tank to empty and flush out. And put new gas in her before firing it up. Major tune up and radiator flush, spark plugs and wires, steering wheel itself is loose. Maybe fixable or might need to be replaced. Seats and headliner and dash need redone. I'm sure there are things that I'm forgetting so please do research and ask all questions BEFORE bidding. I am willing to assist in the shipping process also. Thanks and good luck!
