Up for auction is a Vintage Marantz 5010B<br>Stereo Cassette Deck bearing serial number 95U120008 in excellent operational condition and very clean overall cosmetic condition.<br>There may show minor imperfections and I hope the photos show enough detail for each to draw their own conclusions regarding the state of cosmetics.<br>I am a retired professional service technician and began my career with the Superscope/Marantz east coast factory service center New York branch back in 1972. I am also a collector and remain active in restoring these vintage beauties on occasion and this cassette deck has been completely serviced and addressed as follows...<br>All drive belts, drive idlers, clutch mechanisms, pinch roller and main drive motor have been reconditioned or replaced as necessary. All moving mechanisms located in the tape transport and head deck assemblies have been cleaned, lubricated and precision aligned.<br>All switches and controls have been reconditioned and all critical fine alignments for tape speed, record bias and playback equalization have been addressed.<br>The incandescent VU meter back lamps have been upgraded to warm white leds.<br>This cassette deck has been tested thoroughly and extensively and the tape reproduction quality is outstanding.<br>Everything known to me at this time has been done in an honest effort to insure long term future reliability, performance and cosmetic detail so bid with service confidence.<br>Thanks for looking!<br>This Marantz 5010B is not a voltage variable version and is designed to operate on 120 volts AC/60Hz.<br>
